A lump sum loan with a fixed interest rate that is given from a lender with a repayment schedule based on the entire amount that was received

Requirements

 

​Term Loans up to $10M

​

  • 680+ FICO Credit Score

  • Prior Year Tax Return

  • $20,000 Monthly Revenue (Minimum)

  • 2 Years + Time in Business

  • 2 Years of Tax Returns

  • Last 3-6 Months Bank Statements

  • Additional Documentation may be required such as P&L Statements, Debt Schedule, Expense Sheets
