You commit not to deliberately impede approvals by withholding information, neglecting verification calls, or rejecting Approvals.

Timely communication regarding each lender's decision—approval or denial—is crucial. You are required to furnish us with an approval or denial letter/email from the lender within a maximum of 10 calendar days from each credit application's submission.
UNPAID SUCCESS FEE POLICY:
By Signing below, you hereby "Authorize" us to send written demand to and lenders/Funding Sources ordering them to Immediately Terminate and Close any Credit Accounts obtained on your behalf by Leverage Fast, LLC for which you fail to pay the Owed Success Fees for or which the Success Fees Owed cannot be determined due to your failure to provide the issued Approval/Denial letters.
REFUND POLICY:
By Signing below, you hereby "Authorize" us to send written demand to and lenders/Funding Sources ordering them to Immediately Terminate and Close any Credit Accounts obtained on your behalf by Leverage Fast, LLC for which you fail to pay the Owed Success Fees for or which the Success Fees Owed cannot be determined due to your failure to provide the issued Approval/Denial letters.
IF YOU QUALIFY FOR FUNDING YOUR APPLICATION WILL BE SUBMITTED T0 LENDERS IMMEDIATELY.
By clicking the “Submit Application- button you are providing your electronic signature to our Terms of Use and agreeing by electronic signature to: (1) Be contacted about our products and service and/or other related products and services by a live agent, artificial or prerecorded voice, and/or SMS text at your residential or cellular number, dialed manually or by autodialer, and by email (consent to be contacted is not a condition to purchase services): and 2) the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (including the arbitration provision).
This form is a Limited Power of Attorney and will be used for the SOLE purpose of helping with the matters related to obtaining funding. This does not give us full power of attorney over any of your other affairs.
You hereby grant Leverage Fast, LLC (hereinafter "Servicer"), and its officers, employees and agents the authority to act as my attorney-in-fact in and on my behalf, as set forth in the following matters only:
1. Authority to Act. Servicer is authorized to act for me under this Limited Power of Attorney as described herein.
2. Limited Powers of Servicer. Servicer may act and exercise power,authority and control on my behalf, with regard to the assistance in communicating with lenders for the purpose of obtaining business and/or personal funding in the form of loans and credit cards:
• Signatory Rights. Signing of correspondence addressed to the credit bureaus, signing of correspondence addressed to creditors, obtaining credit information over the telephone, fax, and internet, through written or online correspondence from credit bureaus, creditors or collection agencies.
• Authority to Request Information. To request information upon the presentation of this durable LPA for
limited purposes, including but not limited to, the Custodian of records, Repository of the Court Records, Credit Bureau (TransUnion, Equifax, Experian), consumer reporting agencies, retail business establishments, lending institutions, student loan agencies (public and/or private), including whatever kind.
• Delegation of Authority. If mediation of a debt is necessary, I/we give Servicer, the right to discuss information to help resolve a dispute.
3. Reliance by Third Parties. Third parties may rely upon the representations of the Agent as to all matters regarding limited powers granted to Servicer herein. No person who acts in reliance on the representations of the or the authority granted under this Limited Power of Attorney shall incur any liability to me or to my heirs, family or associates, for permitting Servicer to exercise any power prior to actual knowledge that the Limited Power of Attorney has been revoked or terminated by operation of law or otherwise.
4. Indemnification of Servicer. No Servicer named in this LPA shall incur any liability to me for acting under this limited power, except for such agent’s own misconduct or negligence. I/we agree to indemnify and hold harmless any agent named in this power for any court costs, civil judgments, or reasonable attorney fees that are incurred as a result of exercising the limited powers described herein.
5. Durability. This Limited Power of Attorney shall expire six (6) months from the date of execution as set forth below.
6. Termination. Irrespective of the stated term hereof, I/we may terminate this Agreement at any time without cause upon five (5) days’ written notice to the Servicer. In the event of termination, Servicer shall cease all activity immediately.
7. Binding Effect. This Limited Power of Attorney shall be binding on and insure to the benefit of the parties to this power their heirs, personal representatives, successors and assigns except as otherwise provide in this Limited Power of Attorney.
8. Governing Law. The validity, interpretation and performance of this Limited power of Attorney and any dispute connected herewith shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
9. Venue. Any action whether a suit at law or arbitration under the terms of this Agreement shall be brought in the Superior Court of Fulton County in the State of Georgia for the County of Fulton within the County of Fulton.
10. You understand that by signing below you are providing "written instructions" to Leverage Fast, LLC under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, authorizing to obtain information from your personal credit profile or other information from Equifax and/or Transunion. You authorize Leverage Fast, LLC to obtain such information solely to conduct a pre-qualification for credit.
